Control Team IP Dashboard — How It Works

Overview

This dashboard tracks Issue Pins (IPs) across ACC projects relevant to the WWDE Control Quality team. Data is automatically pulled from Autodesk Construction Cloud every weekday at midnight (Central) and displayed here.

Data Source

Issue data is pulled from the ACC Issues API once daily (weekdays at midnight Central) via a scheduled Lambda function. Each pull creates a timestamped CSV per project in S3. The dashboard loads the latest file per project on page load.

Count Methodology

Only published issues are counted — draft, void, and removed issues are excluded from all metrics.

Assigned To (AT): An issue is counted as "Assigned To Team" if the Assigned To field matches a team member. This represents issues the team is directly responsible for resolving.

Created By (CB): An issue is counted as "Created By Team" if the Created By field matches a team member AND the issue is not also assigned to a team member. This avoids double-counting — if a team member both created and is assigned an issue, it only appears under AT.

Team Closure Rate: The percentage of issues where the team is responsible (AT or CB, deduplicated by issue ID) that have a status of "Closed".

Project Filtering

Only projects where at least one issue involves a team member (as AT or CB) are loaded. Projects with zero team involvement are excluded from the dashboard.

Metric

• Overview (KPI): High-level metrics — AT%, CB%, closure rate, status breakdown by project
• Audit: Detailed per-project matrices showing issue counts by member and status
• Analytics: Charts and trends across all selected projects
• Comparison: Compare two data snapshots to identify changes over time
• History: View all uploaded data versions per project

Schedule

Data is pulled automatically Monday–Friday at 12:00 AM Central (5:00 AM UTC). The dashboard always reflects the most recent data pull.
